Myself, Dr. Sanjay Vaghani, Consultant Interventional Cardiologist since 2009, practicing in Surat since 2014
In the current era, where the incidence of cardiac disease has been steeply increasing in the young adults, I offer authentic evidence-based Interventional cardiology care at a reasonable cost and with assurance of great quality and equitable care. I believe that prevention is better than cure as prevention of cardiac diseases plays a major role in averting high morbidity and mortality in our population. I'm thankful to god for giving me such an opportunity to serve my patients in times of need.
My primary goal is to establish a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology care clinic and also to establish a newer
method of preventive cardiology in the form of a “Preventive Cardiology clinic” Future goals: Having two objectives in mind, I would be establishing a highly specialized team not only for cardiac care in the clinic but also for the poor and needy people who are unable to access cardiac related healthcare on time.

— Includes pharmacoinvasive techniques where there is limited reach to the cath lab, such as Thrombolysis, PAMI and Coronary intervention.
“Healthy Heart Initiative”
— Includes Preventive cardiology Clinic, Public awareness Programs, Healthy Diet, Excercise, Helthy Lifestyle and regular cadiology check-up.

(Patient-Silvasa)During this covid situation, no one hospital was ready for admit my mother for cardiac treatment due to unavailability of bed and staffs . at that time some one who is patient of Dr. sanjay vaghani meet us and told me, u can go to p.p.savni hospital in surat for cardiac treatment.they are serving best cardiac treatment with all those safety protocol. After all we was come at surat. He was done angioplasty with three stents with Rotablation and my mother was became well. Now my mother is happy and satisfied with his treatment whatever is doing by dr.sanjay vaghaniwe are thankful for giving us an opportunity for sharing our good vibes with everyone. (ચેરમેન- એલ.પી.સવાણી ગ્રુપ - અડાજણ)ડો.સંજય વાઘાણીએ મને પહેલી વાર સ્ટેન્ટ મુકેલો,પણ જયારે બિજી વાર મને બીજી નસમાં બ્લોક આવ્યો ત્યારે ડો.સંજય વાઘાણીએ મને કીધુકે આ બીજી નસની એન્જીયોપ્લાસ્ટી બોવ વધારે કોમ્પલીકેટેડ છે, તમે મુંબઈ કે અમદાવાદ જતા રહો. પણ મે સંજયભાઈને કિધુ કે બિજો સ્ટેન્ટની પણ તમારેજ મુકવાનો છે. બિજા સ્ટેન્ટની પ્રોસીઝર ઘણી લાંબી ચાલી પણ એમણે સરસ રીતે કામ પુરણ કર્યુ, આજે હું એક દમ સ્વસ્થ છુ અને મને આનંદ છે કે મને ડો. સંજય વાઘાણી જેવા ડોકટર મળ્યા.

(શાલીગ્રામ ગુપ - પાલ)મારા ભાઈને અરજન્ટમાં અમે લોકો પી.પી.સવાણી હોસ્પિટલ પર લઈ ગયેલા તકલીફ ઘણી વધારે હતી સંજયભાઈ એ મોડી રાત્રે અમારા માટે તાત્કાલીક આવેલા અને પ્રોસીજર કરી હતી. પ્રોસીજર ઘણી લાંબી ચાલી પણ એને ખુબ સારુ રીઝલ્ટ મળ્યુ અને આજે તેમની દવાઓ અને સલાહ અનુસાર મારા ભાઈ સંપુર્ણ સ્વસ્થ છે. હુ ડો. સંજય વાઘાણી અને એમની આખી ટીમ નો દીલથી આભાર માનું છું.
